Grounded in the principles of universal health coverage and aligned with global health security and emergency preparedness frameworks, ERPHC strengthens four interconnected capacities\u2014connect, detect, protect and treat\u2014to enable faster detection and response, safer care for communities and health workers, and sustained service delivery during crises.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for use across national, subnational, facility and community levels, the framework provides a strategic foundation to integrate emergency preparedness, response and resilience into everyday PHC operations.
