<\/p>\n<p>Ms Scholar observed that without the Iran conflict, inflation would have been expected to return to the Bank of England&#8217;s two per cent target around now.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Instead, interest rate and inflation expectations have drastically rerated higher,&#8221;
