Sales have increased across all price brackets, with the \u00a3350,000 to \u00a31 million range experiencing the strongest growth at 9.5%, followed by the \u00a3200,000 to \u00a3350,000 segment at 8.8%.<\/p>\n

Supply has also expanded year-on-year in all price bands. The \u00a3350,000 to \u00a31 million range posted the highest growth at 5.8%, while the \u00a3200,000 to \u00a3350,000 segment grew by 5.5%. Outer London led regional supply growth at 8%, with notable increases also seen in the Midlands, East and North East.<\/p>\n
