That said, Kasatkina has been generally playing better during this clay season and even had an excellent run through qualifying to make the main draw, where she also played great tennis in the first round. It should be a close match either way, but judging by recent form Kasatkina should be able to edge it out.<br \/>Prediction: Kasatkina in 3<\/p>\n<p>Shuai Zhang vs Cristina Bucsa<\/p>\n<p>Head-to-head: Zhang 3-0 Bucsa<\/p>\n<p>While Bucsa is the clearly higher ranked player, Zhang has won all three matches and all six sets that the pair have played, showing that she is quite comfortable in this matchup. That said, the most recent matchup was in 2022, and four years later this should be a good opportunity for Bucsa to finally get a first win in this matchup.<br \/>Prediction: Bucsa in 3<\/p>\n<p>Victoria Mboko vs Lois Boisson<\/p>\n<p>Head-to-head: first meeting<\/p>\n<p>Mboko is the highest ranked player in the draw and naturally a clear candidate to win this trophy. That said, she hasn\u2019t been playing much lately, with this being only her second match on clay this season. More than anything, she will be looking to play some matches this week to gain some confidence and momentum ahead of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rolandgarros.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Roland Garros<\/a>.
