Kim Kardashian’s health and wellness regimen is quite rigorous, even for the reality star at times.<\/p>\n

The 45-year-old Hulu<\/a> personality recently revealed during her appearance on the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast that she took numerous supplements every day. Kim<\/a> estimated that he “probably” consumed “35 supplements a day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim explained that she “spread them out three times a day,\u201d before divulging which supplement she previously struggled to keep up with. \u201cI thought, \u2018Okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil [supplements].\u2019 And I got my bloodwork [done], and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again,” Kim noted. This come as Kim was roasted for her “ridiculous” catwalk outfit.<\/a><\/p>\n

Amy agreed with Kim when it came to her struggling with fish oil, admitting that it was \u201ctough\u201d because you \u201ctaste it for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Skims founder went on to say, \u201cThe pills are just so big. I wish there was an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work,” before she delved into her workout regimen.<\/p>\n

Kim, who had called into the podcast after going to the gym, revealed, \u201cI do strength training, so I have this crazy bodybuilder trainer. Today we did lower body, so squats and walking lunges.\u201d<\/p>\n

The mother-of-four has been very transparent about her wellness routine throughout the years, opening up with Allure<\/a> in 2022 about her beauty approach.<\/p>\n

\u201cI care. I really, genuinely care about looking good,\u201d Kim added. \u201cI probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It\u2019s not easy when you\u2019re a mom and you\u2019re exhausted at the end of the day or you\u2019re in school, and I\u2019m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone\u2019s in bed, I\u2019m doing laser treatments.\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2025, Kim’s fans were bewildered with her Instagram post after she shared photos of unusual beauty treatments she got while she was vacationing in South Korea.<\/p>\n

A photo that Kim shared at the time captured her getting an injection of bright purple liquid into her arm while partially wrapped in bandages led to one asking, “What are you injecting into your arm? Looks like a smoothie.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, there were others who praised Kim for undergoing unconventional beauty procedures, commenting with, “Omgggg gurllll youu goooo.”<\/p>\n
