His six bonus seconds at the Red Bull KM pushed his lead over Jonas Vingegaard back out to 33 seconds.

There were no major changes among the main contenders. Vingegaard stays second, Thymen Arensman remains third at 2:03, Felix Gall is fourth at 2:30, and Ben O’Connor sits fifth at 2:50 after picking up four bonus seconds of his own.

With the GC favourites all finishing safely in the reduced front group, the stage was more about avoiding trouble than forcing gaps. Eulalio, though, will take another small boost from extending his advantage before the race heads towards more decisive terrain.

RnkPosition ChangeRiderTeamTime1Eulalio AfonsoBahrain Victorious48:10:382Vingegaard JonasTeam Visma | Lease a Bike+ 333Arensman ThymenNetcompany INEOS Cycling Team+ 02:034Gall FelixDecathlon CMA CGM Team+ 02:305O’Connor BenTeam Jayco-AlUla+ 02:506Hindley JaiRed Bull-BORA-hansgrohe+ 03:127Storer MichaelTudor Pro Cycling Team+ 03:348Gee-West DerekLidl-Trek+ 03:409Pellizzari GiulioRed Bull-BORA-hansgrohe+ 03:4210Harper ChrisPinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team+ 04:1511Beloki MarkelEF Education-EasyPost+ 04:2012Rondel MathysTudor Pro Cycling Team+ 04:5113Scaroni ChristianXDS Astana Team+ 04:5414Piganzoli DavideTeam Visma | Lease a Bike+ 05:3315Bernal EganNetcompany INEOS Cycling Team+ 05:4516Caruso DamianoBahrain Victorious+ 06:1717de la Cruz DavidPinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team+ 06:4318Hirt JanNSN Cycling Team+ 07:5319Kuss SeppTeam Visma | Lease a Bike+ 08:5920Arrieta IgorUAE Team Emirates-XRG+ 09:1421López MartinXDS Astana Team+ 09:4922Kulset JohannesUno-X Mobility+ 10:0623Mühlberger GregorDecathlon CMA CGM Team+ 10:2424▲2Ciccone GiulioLidl-Trek+ 11:5125▲6Aleotti GiovanniRed Bull-BORA-hansgrohe+ 20:31Points Classification Standings after Stage 12Paul Magnier keeps the points jersey, but Jhonatan Narvaez remains within striking distance after Stage 12.
