YouTuber<\/a> Daniel Coleman, who hosts the popular children\u2019s series Danny Go!, has shared the news of his 14-year-old son Isaac\u2019s death.<\/p>\n The North Carolina creator penned an Instagram<\/a> tribute on Thursday, writing of his \u2018tremendous pride\u2019 in him, after he received a mouth cancer<\/a> diagnosis last year.<\/p>\n Alongside a photo of Isaac smiling, Coleman wrote: \u2018Oh my sweet boy. There\u2019s so much I want to say, but I don\u2019t know how yet. I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process.<\/p>\n \u2018But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I\u2019m also filled with tremendous pride. Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit\u2026and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all. You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac!<\/p>\n \u2018Remembering how loved you were and how full of life your time here was gives me great comfort. Being your dad was the honour of a lifetime. I\u2019m so proud of you and I love you forever. Rest peacefully, son.\u2019<\/p>\n Isaac was born with the rare genetic condition Fanconi anaemia, which Coleman said made the mouth cancer diagnosis a \u2018near certainty\u2019 when he shared the news in December, after returning from a family trip to the UK.<\/p>\n \t\t Coleman has been documenting his son\u2019s treatment in the months since, which included surgery in January to have the cancer removed.\u00a0<\/p>\n The creator previously told his followers that due to Isaac\u2019s genetic condition, his treatment options were more limited than they would have been otherwise.\u00a0<\/p>\n A month later, doctors informed Coleman and his wife Mindy that Isaac\u2019s cancer was stage three and \u2018on the edge\u2019 of stage four because of the aggressive spread of the disease.\u00a0<\/p>\n In April, Coleman said he was finding Isaac\u2019s cancer \u2018difficult to process and talk about\u2019, noting that his son\u2019s energy levels had dropped as the cancer continued to spread.<\/p>\n \t\t He also shared that Isaac was receiving hospice treatment, adding: \u2018Mindy and I are heartbroken watching him decline, knowing how frustrating and scary this must be for him.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2018But we\u2019re trying to hold it all together and keep soaking up the time we still have with our boy.\u2019<\/p>\n Coleman, who has nearly 5million subscribers to his YouTube channel, also shares a second son, Levi, with his wife, who occasionally appears on his YouTube show as Mindy Mango.<\/p>\n Got a story?<\/p>\n If you\u2019ve got a celebrity story, video or pictures get in touch with the Metro.co.uk<\/a> entertainment team by emailing us celebtips@metro.co.uk, calling 020 3615 2145 or by visiting our Submit Stuff<\/a> page \u2013 we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n Arrow Arrow Arrow![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/SEI_298599603-39e2.jpg\")
