Police think they\u2019re on the right track to finding Theo Silverton<\/a>\u2019s murderer in Coronation Street<\/a>, but tonight\u2019s episode proved how wrong they are.<\/p>\n Poor Summer Spellman<\/a> (Harriet Bibby<\/a>) was arrested this week after becoming the prime suspect in the investigation.<\/p>\n She was seen wearing a brooch that was later found in Theo\u2019s flat, which resulted in her being brought in for questioning.<\/p>\n From there, things only got worse as George Shuttleworth<\/a> (Tony Maudsley<\/a>) told DS Lisa Connor-Swain<\/a> (Vicky Myers<\/a>) that Summer had lied about her whereabouts on the night of Theo\u2019s death.<\/p>\n The final nail in the coffin was the fact that she was actively trying to leave the country when the police came to arrest her<\/a>. The odds are certainly stacked against her.<\/p>\n However, throughout her interrogation, Summer maintained her innocence, insisting that Theo had been alive when she left the flat.<\/p>\n \t\t It was during her interview that she remembered that Tyrone Dobbs<\/a> (Alan Halsall) had seen her leaving, and had looked up to the window where Theo had been stood.<\/p>\n She assured Lisa that Tyrone would confirm her story, and the detective wasted no time seeking out Tyrone for corroboration.<\/p>\n Alone in her cell, Summer had a flashback to the night of Theo\u2019s murder, and it was revealed that he had threatened her in a terrifying confrontation.<\/p>\n He warned her that if she spoke out, she\u2019d be seeing Billy Mayhew sooner than she\u2019d like.<\/p>\n Viewers will know that Billy was killed earlier this year<\/a>, after Theo trapped him in the burning minivan during the Corriedale pile-up, leaving him unable to escape before it exploded.<\/p>\n \t\t Shocked by Theo\u2019s explicit threat, Summer left the flat, leaving Theo behind and very much alive \u2013 just like she\u2019d told the police.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tDon’t miss a Soaps scoop!
