Officers said the man then began throwing objects from the roof and setting small fires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A man suffered an arm injury as a result of falling debris and substantial damage was caused to several houses and parked vehicles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A 42-year-old man from Adlington was arrested at 16:00 on suspicion of assault, assault on an emergency worker, arson with intent to endanger life and criminal damage.
