The truth about Vicki Fowler<\/a> (Alice Haig<\/a>) and Zack Hudson<\/a>\u2019s (James Farrar<\/a>) affair<\/a> in EastEnders<\/a> will hit local builder Ross Marshall<\/a> (Alex Walkinshaw<\/a>) like a ton of bricks when he finally learns all this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n And of course, the news will come spilling out at the most inconvenient of times,\u00a0on none other than his and Vicki\u2019s wedding day<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n It\u2019s set to be an explosive set of nuptials with the couple getting ready to tie the knot in front of their loved ones in scenes to air from Monday \u2013\u00a0just as Ross slowly starts to realise who the mystery man Vicki cheated on him<\/a> with is.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Ahead of the wedding, a jealous Zack causes trouble for the pair by giving Vicki a bracelet, hoping she\u2019ll wear it to show he still matters, but she refuses.\u00a0<\/p>\n When Ross later finds him sulking, he starts \u2018to drip a little bit of poison in Ross\u2019s ear\u2019 by hinting she might be cheating again, reveals actress Alice Haig, who plays Vicki.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t \u2018We see Zack doing something that\u2019s kind of cruel on both Vicki and Ross, where he starts to try and influence Ross\u2019 mind. That really starts to make Ross paranoid,\u2019 she explains.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2018There\u2019s a slow, creeping doubt that happens for Ross over the course of the week. It comes from a feeling when somebody cheated on you in the past, a sort of unease about the way things are going.\u2019<\/p>\n When the day of the wedding arrives, Vicki is unsettled by Ross\u2019 muted mood \u2013\u00a0something that only worsens when Zack again makes Ross question if he is doing the right thing by going through with the wedding.\u00a0<\/p>\n Slowly, slowly, things start to dawn on Ross, with Alice explaining: \u2018If you factor that into a few conversations he has on the morning of the wedding, where people who know about the affair respond in a slightly strange way, two and two start to add up to four.\u2019<\/p>\n As Vicki arrives at the marquee ready to walk down the aisle, Ross comes to a huge realisation and asks outright if Zack was the man she slept with.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t Alice says of the big reveal: \u2018I think it\u2019s so brilliantly done because the whole way leading up to that moment, we\u2019re expecting it to be revealed by Zack, or maybe one of the people on the Square who know now. I think there\u2019s an expectation that it\u2019s going to be revealed, and then we realise that it\u2019s Ross who works it out at the altar.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tDon’t miss a Soaps scoop!
