I posed the question: \u201cWhat\u2019s the type of professional in 2026 and beyond that is about to become dangerously overvalued?\u201d<\/p>\n
His answer:<\/p>\n
“The single most important trait is the ability to be entrepreneurial. That is, you don’t rely on a specific career path for your company. You don’t rely on your company to show you where you’re headed. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you\u2019re entrepreneurial,\u201d he explained, \u201cyou\u2019re constantly solving problems. You\u2019re using your, you know, your skills, your capabilities, but you\u2019re also constantly looking at what\u2019s possible with AI.\u201d<\/p>\n
He recommends you ask yourself questions like:<\/p>\n
How can you use that (what\u2019s possible with AI) to solve fundamentally new problems? How can you ensure that you\u2019re constantly learning new capabilities to move further? <\/p>\n
\u201cYou have to think about new ways of solving your customer\u2019s problem,\u201d Choudary continued. “You have to also think about what the landscape of the industry is going to look like a year from now, and place bets on what will be valued a year from now. And then start moving in that direction, but then be aware of the fact that that\u2019s going to change every day. So keep your radar on, keep reviewing your map, and keep improving the map as you move forward. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very easy to get distracted by do work faster, cheaper and probably at, I would say better, but not in a fully the imagined way, right?\u201d <\/p>\n
He referred to an example of where he\u2019d paid about $15,000 for a website design agency to develop the website for his first book, which took a process of several months and back-and-forth to complete. But with Reshuffle, he vibe-coded the entire interactive website in half a work day. <\/p>\n
But, Choudary noted, the real value was not that AI made it faster and significantly cheaper. The bigger value long-term was being able to \u201cbuild fundamentally new things that I would not have built in the past,\u201d he says. <\/p>\n
\u201cI was able to build a live index of how different industries are getting reshuffled. I was able to build a live interactive map of the different topics in the book. And a lot of that is about reimagining what are new ways to solve your customer\u2019s problem,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo just because you have the tools, don\u2019t just go faster, better, cheaper,\u201d Choudary advises. \u201cThink about what\u2019s the fundamentally new way to solve your customer\u2019s problem. <\/p>\n
“There is no fixed formula on even the companies who would like to measure things like tool adoption. There is no link between that and the right outcomes. So you have to be entrepreneurial and constantly keep improving your map.\u201d<\/p>\n
The old way of imagining one\u2019s career and job future is over.<\/p>\n
Stop waiting on your employer to keep you abreast of what\u2019s going on in your industry. Stop deceiving yourself into the comfort that learning AI skills and tools alone will save you.<\/p>\n
