{"id":602696,"date":"2026-05-25T08:34:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/602696\/"},"modified":"2026-05-25T08:34:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:34:10","slug":"stourbridge-woman-quits-office-job-to-pursue-thriving-fitness-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/602696\/","title":{"rendered":"Stourbridge woman quits office job to pursue thriving fitness business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  Holly Reynolds, 26, who lives in Amblecote and grew up in\u00a0Bromsgrove, opened up about taking a \u201cmassive risk\u201d by leaving behind a stable corporate career to build a successful online fitness business from scratch.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Holly now works with clients across the UK and overseas after launching her coaching business, \u2018Lifted by Holly Autumn\u2019 in 2023.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  But Holly said the journey began during the Covid pandemic after she was furloughed from her construction office job.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: \u201cI started my Instagram account in 2019 because I wanted to inspire people and share what worked for me.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cI was getting messages from people around me asking for advice and I realised I really enjoyed helping others.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  At the time, Holly was balancing a degree, personal training qualifications and a full-time corporate role, initially believing fitness coaching would simply become a side project.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  However, by 2021, she realised her passion lay elsewhere.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: \u201cI remember thinking, \u2018I\u2019m not doing this job forever.\u2019\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cIt was a massive risk because I\u2019d gone from having a really comfortable salary and stability to basically earning nothing.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Before and after picture of one of Holly&#8217;s international clients (Image: Holly Reynolds)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Holly officially left her office job in December 2022 and launched Lifted the following month.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She said: \u201cThere was always this feeling that wouldn\u2019t go away telling me I had to explore it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cI remember the moment I earned online what I used to earn in my corporate job.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;That was when I knew I\u2019d made the right decision.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Now with more than 50,000 followers across social media, Holly says her work focuses on sustainable fitness and helping women improve both physically and mentally.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cThe majority of my clients come to me not in a great place, not only physically but mentally too,\u201d she said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cIt\u2019s not just about weight loss or the gym.
