He barely had to break sweat despite the 32 degree weather in the French capital, brushing aside Samuel after holding all but one of his service games.<\/p>\n
De Minaur looked comfortably on the clay service and produced a number of excellent winners to sink his opponent.<\/p>\n
One devastating cross-court shot even caused Samuel to lose his footing and take a tumble in the third set.<\/p>\n
The qualifier hit the ground hard in an incident which made the audience wince.<\/p>\n
Fortunately he was uninjured and able to complete the match, though he was unable to mount a comeback.<\/p>\n
Samuel made his grand slam debut at Roland Garros after coming through qualifying.<\/p>\n

But he was unable to dent De Minaur\u2019s armour, with the Aussie\u2019s ground play proving too much for the youngster to deal with.<\/p>\n
De Minaur won the first set in just 38 minutes and achieved victory in under two hours.<\/p>\n
He was still fresh enough to sign several autographs for fans after the match.<\/p>\n
