St Helens scrum-half Jackson Hastings has been banned for two matches for a dangerous tackle in the defeat at Castleford Tigers.<\/p>\n

Australian Hastings, 30, was sin-binned for the tackle on Tom Weaver towards the end of the game at OneBore Stadium<\/a> and will now miss the games with the top two, Leeds Rhinos and Warrington Wolves, next month.<\/p>\n

Castleford winger Semi Valemei has been handed a three-match ban from the same game for unnecessary contact with a player who is injured, in Saints prop Noah Stephens. The Fiji player will now be unavailable until 26 June.<\/p>\n
