Korea event after making a surprise mid-season roster change involving Danny Lee.<\/p>\n<p>Lee, who had been a full-time<a href=\"https:\/\/www.golfmagic.com\/tour\/liv-golf\" data-entity-type=\"taxonomy_term\" data-entity-uuid=\"a98bdd27-b225-4fc9-b7d2-bbff98678a53\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" title=\"LIV Golf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> LIV Golf<\/a> player since the league\u2019s second season, has suddenly been moved into a wildcard role for the remainder of the 2026 campaign.<\/p>\n<p>In his place, Korean player Doyeob Mun will join the team starting at this week\u2019s event in Korea, which marks LIV Golf\u2019s eighth tournament of the season.<\/p>\n<p>The decision immediately caught the attention of Dustin Johnson\u2019s 4Aces GC, who publicly questioned the legality of the move on social media.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to the announcement on Instagram, the 4Aces account simply wrote: \u201cIs that allowed?\u201d<\/p>\n<p> the provider<\/p>\n<p>The reaction has fuelled speculation that rival LIV Golf teams are unhappy with the switch, particularly given Lee had already been operating as a contracted full-time player.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, LIV Golf has yet to publicly clarify the rules surrounding the move or whether a player can transition from a permanent roster spot into a wildcard position during an active season.<\/p>\n<p>The uncertainty has only added further intrigue ahead of LIV Golf Korea, especially with the league already facing increasing scrutiny off the course.<\/p>\n<p>Saudi
