He began his career on stage as part of the original West End cast of\u00a0The Book of Mormon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tMost recently, Newton originated the starring role of Alexander McQueen in the Off-Broadway production\u00a0House of McQueen\u00a0in New York City. He also starred opposite Amber Anderson in\u00a0The Shape of Things\u00a0at London\u2019s Park Theatre, in a critically acclaimed and sold-out run.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tUpcoming, Newton will be seen opposite Lucy Hale in\u00a0White Mars, an Antarctic-set sci-fi horror film from director Martin Owen.
