Tesla and Volvo Cars are making public charging significantly more convenient for the latter\u2019s electric vehicle owners across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In a major infrastructure update, the automaker announced<\/a> an expanded partnership with Tesla that integrates the sprawling Supercharger network directly into Volvo’s native digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Starting in the fourth quarter of 2026, Volvo EV drivers will gain seamless access to more than 20,000 Tesla Supercharger stations spread across 29 European countries. The integration removes the friction of maintaining multiple apps, allowing owners to locate Superchargers, verify stall availability, initiate charging, and settle payments directly through the official Volvo Cars app.<\/p>\n

The continental expansion focuses heavily on major European electric vehicle adoption hubs. The majority of the newly accessible Supercharger locations are concentrated in key regional markets, including Germany, France, Norway, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, and Spain.<\/p>\n

According to details from Volvo\u2019s official announcement, this software deployment heavily expands Volvo’s existing infrastructure footprint. The over-the-air app integration will apply to Volvo’s latest lineup of fully electric passenger vehicles, specifically covering the Volvo EX30, EX40, EC40, EX60, EX90, and the premium ES90 sedan.<\/p>\n
