Katie Price has shared more details about her one-minute call with husband Lee Andrews <\/a>after two weeks of no contact with the businessman \u2013 who claims that he\u2019s being held in a Dubai prison. <\/p>\n

Price announced on Wednesday (27 May) that she had finally heard from Andrews<\/a>, who she revealed had gone \u201cmissing\u201d a fortnight earlier<\/a>. Dubai-based Andrews had been due to fly to the UK earlier in May but failed to show, telling Price that he had been \u201cdetained\u201d by authorities in his final texts to her. <\/p>\n

After sharing that Andrews had been held by the authorities in Dubai on suspicion for being \u201ca spy\u201d, Price revealed more details on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, on Thursday (28 May). <\/p>\n

Speaking to her sister on the podcast, Price said: \u201cHe has been found alive and I spoke to him for one minute and they thought he was a spy, he\u2019s been interrogated, they had hoods on him and that.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that she\u2019s planning to fly out to Dubai to see him, but is busy with filming multiple projects \u2013 including a documentary for Sky. \u201cI\u2019m so busy but I have to find at least a couple of days to find out where he is, when I can see him.\u201d <\/p>\n

Price also revealed that she addressed a number of fans\u2019 concerns with Andrews, which came up while he was uncontactable. Last week, The Apprentice\u2019s Luisa Zissman claimed that Andrews\u2019 account had been active on Facebook <\/a>just days after claiming to have been detained, while others pointed out that his Instagram account appeared to follow a female US Navy veteran during that time. <\/p>\n

\u201cI did ask him \u2013 he hasn\u2019t been on his phone,\u201d Price said on the podcast. \u201cHe hasn\u2019t had his phone. He\u2019s been interogated, they\u2019ve gone through his phone so they\u2019ve been mucking about on his phone basically.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Andrews following another woman on Instagram, Price added: \u201cWhat happened with that other woman was apparently she activated her account and maybe she followed Lee or Lee followed her years ago or whenever. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve never exchanged messages or nothing. So she blocked him. That\u2019s why it\u2019s gone back.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Independent has contacted the Dubai police for comment. <\/p>\n

Price said that when Andrews is released, she plans on doing a \u201csit-down interview\u201d with him to set the record straight. \u201cI think the public deserve it because it\u2019s gone everywhere,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

The ex glamour model told The Sun yesterday that she had been in touch with Andrews, saying: \u201cI told him how worried I had been and told him I loved him. It was very rushed, but he said the authorities out there thought he was a spy. I don\u2019t know much more than that right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

The call had been set up by Andrews\u2019 father and reportedly took place in a call box in Al Awir prison. <\/p>\n

Price revealed on Saturday 16 May that she had not heard from Andrews in four days and feared he may have been \u201ckidnapped\u201d. However, a week later, she revealed that she would be \u201ctaking a step back\u201d from the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m taking time to think of what I want to process and that\u2019s why I say, there\u2019s nothing more I can do but I am getting on with my life if you understand me saying that.
