Millie Bobby Brown<\/a> has inadvertently incited a wave of criticism against her husband, Jake Bongiovi<\/a>, after airing her grievance about his annoying travel habit in an interview.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old Enola Holmes star and the 24-year-old son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi tied the knot in May 2024 <\/a>and announced they had adopted a baby girl the following August.<\/p>\n

In an August 2025 interview for Crocs, which has just resurfaced on social media, Brown<\/a> shared her biggest travel pet peeve. \u201cMy husband, he doesn\u2019t pack any clothes, just ever,\u201d Brown said. \u201cSo we\u2019ll leave, and I\u2019ll have a big suitcase, and he has nothing with him. <\/p>\n

\u201cJust his phone, never really a charger. Usually, he just steals mine and then takes his computer. Then he goes, \u2018Mill, I don\u2019t have any clothes,\u2019\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd I go, \u2018No s***, Sherlock. You didn\u2019t pack anything.\u2019 And he goes, \u2018Yeah, I don\u2019t know. Maybe I\u2019ll just have to go shopping here.\u2019 And that is where he gets you. So he likes to not pack, to then go to a place to go shop for the trip that he didn\u2019t pack for.\u201d<\/p>\n

On X, where one clip of the interview has more than 6 million views, users did not take kindly to the revelation.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually can\u2019t even fathom her being okay with his,\u201d one person wrote, amassing 46,000 \u201clikes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMillie B. Brown shouldn\u2019t be mothering her husband,\u201d another fumed. \u201cLiterally every time something comes out about them: a photo, a video, an interview, etc., it\u2019s Millie who does everything like a functional adult, and then there’s him acting like a 10-year-old kid.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s worked since she was an actual child for everything she has and he was just birthed into it with no worries in life,\u201d added a third.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s such a manchild sorry,\u201d wrote a fourth.<\/p>\n

\u201cMillie Bobby Brown you are an amazing woman and deserve better than that useless entitled man child you sadly call a husband,\u201d added another.<\/p>\n

However, some people came to the rock star\u2019s son\u2019s defence. One wrote: \u201cDid yall not hear her say he does it so he has an excuse to go shopping for clothes because it\u2019s what he likes doing. I do the exact same thing with some things. He\u2019s not a manchild, the dude just has a shopping addiction it\u2019s really not that deep.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Stranger Things alum <\/a>has spoken about her husband\u2019s shopping tendencies in the past. During a 2025 episode of Call Her Daddy, Brown said that Bongiovi was the one who \u201csplurged\u201d on a big purchase. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll be like, \u2018Oh, I need socks.\u2019 And he\u2019ll be like, \u2018Let’s go to Prada,\u2019\u201d the actor told host Alex Cooper. \u201cAnd I\u2019m like, \u2018Let\u2019s go to Target.\u2019 He\u2019s just that kind of guy. He loves to go shopping. He will refuse to pack a suitcase because he likes to go shopping at the place we\u2019re going. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhere I\u2019m like, \u2018Amazon Basics.\u2019 I love that. When I do spend money on something, I have to call my parents. I have to think about it.
