Body Coach Joe Wicks has heaped praise on an inspirational Northern Ireland couple after they got in touch to say they do his exercises regularly – at 94 and 88 years old!<\/p>\n
The TV star and celebrity fitness coach, who rose to fame with his lockdown PE classes during the pandemic, took to social media<\/a> after receiving a “beautiful and inspiring email” from Irvine and Rosie from Co Down<\/a>, and adding: “How incredible is this?”<\/p>\n It read: \u201cAt 94 and 88 years old we do your exercises regularly. They are great and we just want to thank Joe SO much!<\/p>\n \u201cWe live in Co Down, N Ireland<\/a> and usually set up the iPad and go through Joe\u2019s exercises three or four times a week (but only one set!). It was during Covid<\/a> that we discovered these great ideas for keeping fit<\/a> and we have rated them highly ever since! Normally we do our exercise late afternoon or evening.<\/p>\n \u201cWe really do feel the benefit after doing them. I notice the blood circulation is buzzing afterwards! Irvine usually checks his heart rate and oxygen on his little monitor and is always impressed with the good result.\u201d<\/p>\n Body Coach Joe Wicks took to social media after receiving a “beautiful and inspiring email” from Irvine and Rosie from Co Down<\/p>\n They added: \u201cWe think that we need to keep moving at the grand old age of Irvine\u2019s 94 years and my coming up to 88 years in August. We also have 4 lovely daughters (and 5 grandchildren) with whom we have fun and who spoil us completely!<\/p>\n \u201cWe also make a point of walking for 10 or 20 minutes each day, and each day I make a big salad for lunch and I call it our repair kit! Please give Joe a big thank you from us!
