\nFirm continues to invest in its people\u00a0with promotions,\u00a0average\u00a0in-grade salary increases\u00a0of\u00a04.2%\u00a0and\u00a0higher\u00a0bonuses\u00a0following\u00a0a\u00a0very\u00a0strong\u00a0financial performance;
\n48\u00a0people\u00a0become\u00a0partners,\u00a0alongside\u00a068\u00a0salaried\u00a0partners\u00a0who are\u00a0converted to equity\u00a0\u2013\u00a0increasing\u00a0the firm\u2019s overall equity partners\u00a0to\u00a0784,\u00a0the highest annual total in Deloitte UK\u2019s history.

Deloitte in the UK\u00a0will\u00a0promote\u00a0over\u00a06,000\u00a0of its people\u00a0on 1 June 2026,\u00a0including\u00a048\u00a0new partners, as it continues to invest in its\u00a0future leadership.<\/p>\n
Rewarding high performance<\/p>\n
Alongside\u00a0these\u00a06,000\u00a0promotions\u00a0(up from\u00a0approximately\u00a05,600\u00a0in 2025),\u00a0as part of the firm\u2019s commitment to competitively reward skills and experience, average salaries in-grade will rise by an average of 4.2% (up from 2.9% in 2025). In addition,\u00a0following\u00a0a\u00a0very\u00a0strong\u00a0financial performance in FY26\u00a0the bonus pool\u00a0will increase\u00a0by 14% across\u00a0the\u00a0business.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Record\u00a0number of equity partners\u00a0<\/p>\n
As announced last year,\u00a0the\u00a0firm has continued to\u00a0focus on\u00a0the shape of the partnership\u00a0to support future growth\u00a0\u2013\u00a0significantly\u00a0increasing\u00a0the\u00a0number of\u00a0its\u00a0UK\u00a0equity partners.\u00a0On 1 June,\u00a068\u00a0salaried partners\u00a0will\u00a0convert to equity partner.\u00a0The number of partners overall\u00a0will therefore\u00a0stand at 1,308\u00a0\u2013 of which\u00a0784\u00a0are equity partners,\u00a0the\u00a0highest\u00a0annual total\u00a0since Deloitte LLP was incorporated in 2003.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The firm\u2019s technology & transformation business has promoted 15\u00a0new partners, alongside 16 in tax\u00a0&\u00a0legal, 10 in strategy, risk & transactions advisory, and seven in audit & assurance.\u00a031% of new partners are based outside of London, 27% are women\u00a0and\u00a015% are from an ethnic minority background including one black heritage new partner.\u00a0Over a quarter (29%) work in financial services.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Deloitte also recruited\u00a021\u00a0new external hires at partner level during the financial year from June 2025 to the end of May 2026, of which\u00a038%\u00a0are women\u00a0and\u00a019%\u00a0are from an ethic minority background.\u00a0<\/p>\n
