The force said as a precaution, it was looking at evacuating a number of properties on the street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Vedant Thakur, who lives in a nearby building, said: &#8220;I was cooking some food and then the alarm started sounding.
