The deal, which features an option for United to extend it by a further year, was awarded to the 33-year-old over his stunning form that saw United rise up the table under Michael Carrick.<\/p>\n Maguire featured in all but two of Carrick’s 17 games in charge with United finishing third and clinching their return to the Champions League<\/a> next season.
