Aldi to revamp its Harrogate supermarket this summer<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n Metric Golf Club was founded by Harrogate entrepreneur Martin Brailsford alongside PGA Professional Ollie White, who joins the business as Co-Founder and will lead the day-to-day operation and performance standards of the club.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ollie White is widely regarded as one of Yorkshire\u2019s leading young PGA professionals and has built a strong reputation as both a coach and competitive player, currently playing on the Clutch Pro Tour. \u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n Having worked with golfers of all ages and abilities, from beginners and juniors through to elite amateur players, he brings a modern coaching philosophy and a deep understanding of player development.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n As Co-Founder, he will oversee coaching, player development, junior programmes, club fitting, member engagement and daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the venue remains focused on helping golfers improve and enjoy the game.\n<\/p>\n
\n Martin Brailsford said: \u201cGolf has evolved dramatically over the last decade, but many of the places where people practise and improve haven\u2019t evolved with it.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cMetric Golf Club has been created to bridge that gap. We wanted to build a facility that combines the best technology in golf with a premium clubhouse environment and a community of people who genuinely enjoy getting better.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cFrom the outset, it was important that this wasn\u2019t simply a technology venue. We wanted someone at the heart of the business who understands golfers, understands coaching and shares the vision for what I\u2019m trying to create.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cOllie has been involved from the earliest conversations and has played a huge role in shaping the club. His reputation, energy and commitment to developing players make him the ideal person to lead the day-to-day operation of Metric.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\n The club is expected to attract golfers from across Yorkshire and beyond, while also creating a new destination within Harrogate\u2019s growing business and leisure community.\n<\/p>\n
