<\/p>\nHull KR head coach Willie Peters has questioned the disciplinary outcome.<\/p>\n

Willie Peters has branded the tackle that left Bill Leyland needing medical checks as one of the worst he has ever seen and admits he cannot understand why Junior Nsemba avoided a ban alongside suspended Wigan team-mate Sam Walters.<\/p>\n
Forward Walters received a seven-match suspension following his red card at Wembley, becoming just the third player to be sent off in a Challenge Cup final. He was hit with a Grade F dangerous throw\/lift charge and 35 penalty points, and will now not be available for the Warriors until the end of July.<\/p>\n
However, Peters believes Nsemba should also have been punished for his involvement in the tackle on interchange hooker Leyland, who was later sent for precautionary scans. The results came back clear.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was very disappointed, and I\u2019ve made that known,\u201d Peters said. \u201cThat tackle is one of the worst I\u2019ve seen. It\u2019s both players\u2019 responsibility in that instance. I was pretty shocked, to be honest, for Junior not to be suspended as well.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know what numbers [suspension] it should have been, but Junior certainly, I believe, added to Bill being put into the position he was in.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve been told differently, and I\u2019ve made it clear that nothing is going to change my mind with that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Leyland, 23, has been cleared to feature in this weekend\u2019s Super League match against Wakefield Trinity if selected, though he felt the after-effects of the tip tackle.<\/p>\n
\u201cBill was very shaken – we sent him for some scans to make sure everything was okay, and everything was okay,\u201d Peters continued.<\/p>\n
\u201cObviously his family, his mum, were very shaken. It\u2019s a disturbing tackle. To be put in that position, we\u2019re thankful nothing came out of it.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m not saying the Wigan players went out to deliberately do that, but everyone has got a responsibility in player safety.
