Against this background, announcements of the Trump administration are increasingly discounted as tactical price-signalling rather than meaningful diplomatic progress.<\/p>\n<p>Drone Disrupts Key Middle Eastern Export Terminal. Oman&#8217;s authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/oilprice.com\/Latest-Energy-News\/World-News\/Iranian-Russian-Crude-Premiums-Slide-as-China-Pulls-Back-on-Imports.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">suspended<\/a> operations at the Middle Eastern country&#8217;s main crude export terminal in Mina al Fahal after an explosion was reported next to its single-buoy mooring berths, disrupting the flows of the 900,000 b\/d Oman benchmark.<\/p>\n<p>India Shields Refiners from Surging Fuel Costs.
