The game launches in 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Resident Evil Veronica is\u00a0 a full-blown remake. The game originally launched in 2000, with GameCube getting it in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>For now, Capcom is mostly keeping quiet about details for the remake. The publisher has only put out the following so far:<\/p>\n<p>Resident Evil Veronica will draw players into a desperate escape filled with horror and madness through the isolated, zombie-filled Rockfort Island. Developed on Capcom\u2019s proprietary RE ENGINE, the game will introduce modernized gameplay with a chilling level of realism designed to push survival horror to new heights.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve got the first trailer for Resident Evil Veronica below.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Announcement Trailer<\/p>\n<p>As we hear more about the game moving forward, we\u2019ll pass along all of the updates.
