Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry both attended their daughter Nahla\u2019s high school graduation, years after battling it out in court<\/a> over child support. <\/p>\n

The 59-year-old actress \u2014 wearing a black blouse, blue jeans and shades \u2014 was spotted walking with her fianc\u00e9, musician Van Hunt, at the Thursday ceremony.<\/p>\n

The model, 49, was seen exiting the ceremony separately, donning a grey suit, white sneakers and sunglasses.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The exes were together for five years from 2005 until 2010. <\/a><\/p>\n

After welcoming their daughter, now 18, and splitting, Berry and Aubry\u00a0reached a custody agreement<\/a>\u00a0in 2012 that gave them equal parenting time.<\/p>\n

However, the \u201cX-Men\u201d actress and Canadian cover star then became locked in a bitter child support battle.<\/p>\n

In 2014, the Los Angeles court ordered Berry to pay Aubry $16,000 a month in child support\u00a0until a then-6-year-old Nahla, turned 19 or graduated high school.<\/p>\n

In 2021 the amount was lowered to $8,000 per month.<\/p>\n

However, Berry had to then pay Aubry an additional 4.3 percent of any annual income that was over $1.95 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Early on in her lengthy court battle with Aubry, a physical altercation occurred between the runway star and Berry\u2019s then-husband,\u00a0Olivier Martinez.<\/p>\n

Berry and Martinez tied the knot in 2013 before\u00a0breaking up in 2015<\/a>\u00a0after five years together.<\/p>\n

The \u201cExtant\u201d alum also endured a bitter custody battle with Martinez. <\/p>\n

In 2024, the \u201cCrime 101\u201d star claimed in court documents that she had spent almost a quarter of a million <\/a>dollars trying to co-parent with the French actor, 60.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have done everything possible to work with Olivier, to communicate with him, and to engage him in the decision-making process regarding our son in an amicable way,\u201d Berry wrote in the documents at the time.<\/p>\n

The \u201cMonster\u2019s Ball\u201d actress initially agreed to share custody in 2023 before filing for sole custody <\/a>in 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs Olivier has advised this\u00a0court, he lives off my child support and in order to be able to pay child support, I have to go to work. I do not have the luxury of taking months off,\u201d she scathingly added.<\/p>\n

Despite the rocky relationship with the fathers of her children, Berry has moved on romantically.<\/p>\n

The actress has\u00a0been in a relationship with Van Hunt since 2020.<\/a><\/p>\n
