Emergency services were called to Saltburn Lane on Saturday afternoon, June 6, following a crash involving a black Ford Fiesta and a silver Toyota Corolla.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Two Great North Air Ambulances were called to the scene of the crash, landing nearby. Six people have been taken to hospital &#8211; including two 17-year-old boys whose injuries are described as life-threatening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The road was closed for a number of hours as emergency services dealt with the incident and officers carried out an investigation of the scene. Now Cleveland Police officers are appealing for dash cam footage and CCTV to come forward.
