They were shut from junction 25 for Bryn to junction 26 for the Orrell Interchange amid a &#8216;serious&#8217; crash.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Long delays built up to the closure.
