They bring the May 2026 security patch, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/samsung-may-2026-security-patch-update-detailed\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">which fixes 36 security issues<\/a> present in the previous version of the OS, making the wearables more secure than before.\n<\/p>\n<p>The updates for the non-cellular variants of the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch 8 are 169.83MB and 170.48MB in sizes and carry firmware versions L310XXS2BZE1 and L330XXS2AZE1, respectively (<a href=\"https:\/\/r1.community.samsung.com\/t5\/%EC%9B%A8%EC%96%B4%EB%9F%AC%EB%B8%94-%EC%9B%8C%EC%B9%98-%EB%B2%84%EC%A6%88-%EA%B8%B0%ED%83%80\/%EA%B0%A4%EB%9F%AD%EC%8B%9C-%EC%9B%8C%EC%B9%987-bt-5%EC%9B%94-%EB%B3%B4%EC%95%88%ED%8C%A8%EC%B9%98-%EC%97%85%EB%8D%B0%EC%9D%B4%ED%8A%B8-6-8-bze1\/td-p\/38284377\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">via<\/a> Samsung Community &amp; @Alfaturk16).\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>Samsung may release them in the remaining regions in the next few days. To check its availability and get it, open the Wearables app and go to Watch settings\u00a0&gt;\u00a0Watch software update &gt;\u00a0Download and install.\n<\/p>\n<p>Before installing the update, make sure to charge the watch\u2019s battery to at least 50% and keep it on the charger while the new firmware gets installed.
