Leumi UK has provided the developer with a nine-figure revolving credit facility to facilitate its growth plans.<\/p>\n
LNT Care Developments, which has pipeline schemes in Lancashire and Cheshire, will use the \u00a3100m facility to build six care homes initially.<\/p>\n
One of these is a 66-bed scheme in Hooton, Cheshire. The others will be in Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Devon, Gloucestershire, and Tyne & Wear. The schemes will add 330 beds to LNT\u2019s portfolio of 16,500 beds across its 250 facilities.<\/p>\n
The firm wants to build another 20 schemes over the next three years.<\/p>\n

The \u00a3100m RCF is Leumi UK\u2019s largest healthcare financing deal to date.<\/p>\n
