Equinox Buckhead is being created in partnership with New York-based design firm Goodrich. Plans call for the sizable space to be \u201cinspired by the city surroundings\u201d and \u201cgrounded in its Buckhead setting,\u201d with \u201cclean forms, natural materials, rich textures, and carefully considered details [that] bring a sense of residential comfort while maintaining refined, understated elegance,\u201d according to an announcement today.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Equinox\u2019s first location in the Peach State is scheduled to open in 2027. The fitness company was founded in 1991 and now counts more than 100 global locations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Atlanta outpost will mark Equinox\u2019s seventh in the Southeast, following a recent West Palm Beach opening. Florida counts five clubs overall, and another operates in Nashville.\u00a0<\/p>\n
