{"id":632078,"date":"2026-06-10T23:45:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T23:45:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/632078\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T23:45:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T23:45:09","slug":"two-charged-with-murder-after-boy-12-dies-in-brentwood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/632078\/","title":{"rendered":"Two charged with murder after boy, 12, dies in Brentwood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Two people have been charged with murder after a 12-year-old boy died after being struck by a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Bobby Bloomfield sustained serious injuries in the incident in Ashwells Road, Brentwood, shortly before 17:40 BST on Sunday and died a short time later in hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Police said a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and William Lunnon, 43, of Ashwells Road in Pilgrims Hatch, had been charged with murder and remanded in custody.
