The Dingle family continue to suffer in Emmerdale<\/a> next week as Charity<\/a> (Emma Atkins<\/a>) deals with the aftermath of her sexual assault and Cain<\/a>\u00a0(Jeff Hordley<\/a>) receives some bad news about his cancer treatment.<\/p>\n Charity struggles to mask the horror of the sick ordeal Dr Caitlin Todd<\/a>\u00a0(Caroline Harker<\/a>) subjected her to, attempting to convince her loved ones that postnatal depression is to blame. Knowing that telling all will result in the true paternity of Leyla being revealed, Sarah Sugden<\/a>\u00a0(Katie Hill<\/a>) is left blaming herself, thinking the surrogacy has caused Charity\u2019s breakdown. Will Charity seek help from her family, or continue to suffer alone?<\/p>\n Cain and Moira Dingle<\/a>\u00a0(Natalie J Robb<\/a>) are utterly crestfallen when they learn that his cancer has likely spread and there\u2019ll be a wait for any further treatment. Spiralling, they determine to keep their children out of the loop, but when Dingle family secrets start exploding, can they stick together as they face another storm?<\/p>\n Elsewhere, Archie Breckle (Kai Assi) and Kerry Wyatt<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0(Laura Norton<\/a>) scam that swindled Caleb Miligan<\/a>\u00a0(William Ash<\/a>) continues to cause shockwaves. As Caleb returns to a life of crime, Jai Sharma<\/a>\u00a0(Chris Bisson<\/a>)\u00a0 becomes suspicious. She\u2019s furious to learn that Mackenzie Boyd<\/a>\u00a0(Lawrence Robb<\/a>) has told Sarah of her condition, and medicates with sleeping pills and wine. <\/p>\n Sarah tries her hardest to get through to Charity, but when she refuses to open up, Sarah\u2019s left sobbing, blaming the surrogacy for Charity\u2019s fresh agony.<\/p>\n Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn) is heartened when Cain promises to attend his swearing in ceremony at cadets, but is crestfallen when his dad misses it when accidentally wets himself and flees to the Woolpack, leaving Charles Anderson\u00a0<\/a>(Kevin Mathurin<\/a>) and Bob Hope<\/a>\u00a0(Tony Audenshaw<\/a>) to reassure him. Cain admits all to Kyle later, who reassures him. <\/p>\n \t\t Later, Cain turns to Moira, worried that his health<\/a> issues are emasculating him, though she comforts him by declaring that facing his fears is showing his strength.<\/p>\n Kerry and Archie team up to scam Caleb again but are interrupted by Eric Pollard<\/a>\u00a0(Chris Chittell<\/a>), leaving Kerry wracked with guilt, but manages to talk him out of calling the police, noting his own dodgy past. Kerry is later initially nervous when\u00a0Ruby Milligan<\/a>\u00a0(Beth Cordingly<\/a>) spots Kerry\u2019s fake designer bag, and Caleb later attempts to rope Billy Fletcher<\/a>\u00a0(Jay Kontzle<\/a>) into a dodgy goods scam, run from the depot.<\/p>\n Tuesday, June 16 \u2013 double episode<\/p>\n \t\t At the hospital, Cain and Moira are brought down to Earth with a bump when they\u2019re informed that Cain\u2019s cancer has likely spread beyond his prostrate, and that he\u2019ll need further treatment that may make his current side effects permanent.<\/p>\n Further defeated to learn that he\u2019ll need to wait months to begin treatment, Cain and Moira determine to not tell their children of the news, but it isn\u2019t long until other secrets are revealed amongst the Dingles.<\/p>\n Caleb continues to push Billy into getting involved in their dodgy goods scam, but presses him to keep their hustle a secret from Jai. Meanwhile, Jai himself is unnerved by the connections being made between Caleb\u2019s scam and Archie and interrogates both he and Kerry over their potential involvement.<\/p>\n Friday, June 19<\/p>\n \t\t Vinny\u2019s attempt to surprise Lewis with a spontaneous holiday to Madeira does little but cause Lewis\u2019s anxiety to spike, and he deftly refuses to go, though pushes Vinny to still go alone.<\/p>\n With Ross Barton<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0(Michael Parr<\/a>) words ringing in his ears, Lewis decides he will go on holiday with Vinny after all, packs his bags and rushes to catch him at the airport.<\/p>\n As he makes for his taxi, he\u2019s distracted by the sound of a van screeching to a halt not far from him.<\/p>\n Arrow Arrow Arrow![\"Manpreet](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/SEI_299357488-fb71.jpg\")
