\n\t\u201cOnly Murders in the Building<\/a>\u201d Season 6 has added eight recurring guest stars to its cast, Variety has learned exclusively. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe new cast members are: Martin Freeman<\/a> (\u201cSherlock,\u201d \u201cThe Responder\u201d), Geri Halliwell-Horner (\u201cGran Turismo,\u201d \u201cSex and the City\u201d), Jamie Demetriou (\u201cStath Lets Flats,\u201d \u201cThe Moment\u201d), Anjana Vasan (\u201cWe Are Lady Parts,\u201d \u201cBlack Mirror\u201d), Jane Horrocks (\u201cBloods,\u201d \u201cSunshine on Leith\u201d), Derek Jacobi (\u201cGladiator,\u201d \u201cThe King\u2019s Speech\u201d) and Lesley Nicol (\u201cDownton Abbey,\u201d \u201cBlackadder\u201d). <\/p>\n

\n\tAs is usually the case with the show, exact character details for the new additions are being kept under wraps. <\/p>\n

\n\tSeason 6 of the hit Hulu<\/a> comedy is currently in production in the U.K. As previously reported, the new season will see leads Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez venture across the pond to continue their investigation into the death of Cinda Canning, as seen in the Season 5 finale. <\/p>\n

\n\tFreeman is repped by Modern Collective in the UK and CAA & Toczek Suddleson Law Group in the US. Halliwell-Horner is repped by CAA, Untitled Entertainment, and The Lede Company. Demetriou is repped by United Agents, CAA and Multitude Media. Vasan is repped by Independent Talent Group and Anonymous. Horrocks is repped by Curtis Brown Group Ltd. Jacobi is repped by Independent Talent Group. Nicol is repped by 42. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe cast of Season 6 also includes returning star Michael Cyril Creighton as well as new recurring guest stars Jennifer Saunders, Sean Teale, Simone Ashley, Amar Chadha-Patel, Rhea Norwood, Matthew Beard, and Sharon Horgan. Da\u2019Vine Joy Randolph has also been seen on set for Season 6, but whether or not she is returning to the show has yet to be officially confirmed. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOnly Murders in the Building\u201d hails from co-creators and writers Martin and John Hoffman. Hoffman and Martin are executive producers along with Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, Ben Smith, Jennifer Crittenden & Gabrielle Allan. 20th Television is the studio.<\/p>\n
