If your train is cancelled, your ticket is valid on one of the two Avanti West Coast services immediately before your booked train, or one of the two immediately after.<\/p>\n
If you no longer wish to travel because your train is delayed or cancelled, you can request a full refund from where you bought your ticket.<\/p>\n

Rail replacement is currently in place between Stafford and Rugby until approximately 21:00<\/p>\n
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on Avanti West Coast services between Crewe and London Euston via Birmingham New Street.<\/p>\n
Alternative travel options<\/p>\n
Passengers travelling North towards Crewe from Rugby are advised to travel via Birmingham New Street on either London Northwestern or Avanti West Coast services.<\/p>\n
Northbound passengers for stations between Rugby and Stafford, are advised to use rail replacement buses from Rugby.<\/p>\n
Passengers travelling south towards Rugby and the capitol, are advised to travel via Birmingham New Street on either London Northwestern Railway or Avanti West Coast services.<\/p>\n
