Out Club on Piccadilly into a luxury hotel and residential scheme for the Reuben family.<\/p>\n<p>The landmark project still has tens of millions of pounds of construction work left to complete.<\/p>\n<p>A source close to the scheme said: \u201cThe client is very keen to minimise disruption and the aim is to take over and support the existing supply chain on the job with a smooth transition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a data-ad-id=\"508917\" href=\"http:\/\/www.constructionenquirer.com\/wp-content\/themes\/constructionenquirer\/adclick.php?id=508917&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fcapify.co.uk%2Ffinance-for-construction%2F%3Futm_source%3Dconstruction-enquirer%26utm_medium%3Dbanner%26utm_campaign%3Dconstructionenq-ads\" target=\"_blank\" onclick=\"track_ad_click(this);\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1781257573_973_01-Construction Enquirer-Site MPU-300x250.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, RED Construction is understood to be closing in on a deal to take over another major London retrofit project from Ardmore.<\/p>\n<p>The scramble to secure replacement contractors comes as clients seek to avoid lengthy delays across a portfolio that spans life sciences, commercial, hotel and residential developments across the capital.<\/p>\n<p>Ardmore\u2019s 10 major London projects<\/p>\n<p>Tribeca, King\u2019s Cross \u2013 life sciences campus of five buildings<br \/>5 Chancery Lane \u2013 100,000 sq ft office retrofit for LS Estates<br \/>Hammersmith Civic Campus \u2013 Grade II-listed town hall redevelopment<br \/>West Cromwell Road, Kensington &amp;
