September KC wheat was 8\u00bc\u00a2 lower at $5.10\u00be per bushel. December Minneapolis wheat was down 4\u00a2 at $5.53\u00bd per bushel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_9-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> October live cattle were up $2.92 at $229.02 per hundredweight (cwt). September feeder cattle were $5.65 stronger at $346.25 per cwt. October lean hogs fell 17\u00a2 at $91.60 per cwt.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> September crude oil was down 80\u00a2 at $63.16 per barrel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_13-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> As of 3:10 p.m. CT, the S&amp;P 500 Index was up 70.61 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 457.53 points.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_15-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> The September U.S. Dollar Index was down 461 points.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_17-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Published: 3:15 p.m. CT\n<\/p>\n<p>  Grains Weaker Pre-Report: 9:30 a.m. CT  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_20-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> Just after 9 a.m. CT, December corn was down 3\u00bd\u00a2 at $4.04\u00bc per bushel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_22-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> November soybeans were down 13\u00bc\u00a2 at $9.98 per bushel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_24-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> &#8220;We\u2019re not surprised to see some weakness across the grain and oilseed landscape overnight.&#8221; Reese Drenth, ag solutions specialist with Mihlig Ag Solutions, said, &#8220;Traders usually don\u2019t rock the boat too much ahead of 11 a.m. CT on USDA report days and [Monday&#8217;s] price action was very reactionary and unsubstantiated. We wouldn\u2019t be surprised to see more &#8216;risk taken out&#8217; via lower prices as the morning progresses.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_26-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> September CBOT wheat was down 3\u00bd\u00a2 at $5.11\u00bd per bushel. September KC wheat was 2\u00a2 lower at $5.17 per bushel. December Minneapolis wheat was up 4\u00be\u00a2 at $5.57\u00bd per bushel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_28-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> October live cattle were up 55\u00a2 at $226.65 per hundredweight (cwt). September feeder cattle were $1.07 stronger at $341.67 per cwt. October lean hogs increased 12\u00a2 at $91.90 per cwt.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_30-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> September crude oil was down 49\u00a2 at $63.47 per barrel.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_32-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> As of 9:20 a.m. CT, the S&amp;P 500 Index was up 23.91 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 370.86 points.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_34-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> The September U.S. Dollar Index was down 286 points.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"At the market close, December corn was down 13\u00bc\u00a2 at $3.94\u00bd per bushel.
