The latest of which is Widow\u2019s Bay, a mystery-packed horror comedy show about spooky goings-on in a small island community. Created by Katie Dippold, it\u2019s been hooking in new viewers across its run of episodes thanks to that wild tonal balance of big laughs and genuine terrors \u2013 and there\u2019ll be more to come.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, Widow\u2019s Bay will officially be back for Season 2, Apple has confirmed. The news was announced by a little teaser video confirming an additional batch of episodes. Plus, there\u2019s additional good tidings for Dippold, who has signed an overall deal with Apple TV going forward. The announcement comes just days ahead of the Season 1 finale, which arrives on the streaming service on June 17.<\/p>\n<p>So, with one episode still to come, and an additional season of supernatural shenanigans on the horizon, there\u2019s never been a better time to venture to the idyllic island of Widow\u2019s Bay.
