The programme targets young entrepreneurs aged 18\u201335 and provides:<\/p>\n
Business skills development through the Successful Business Owner Course<\/p>\n
Start-up grant support for outstanding business ideas<\/p>\n
Access to third-party funding opportunities<\/p>\n
Structured volunteer mentorship from experienced professionals<\/p>\n
The goal is to help participants establish, grow, and sustain successful enterprises that contribute to economic development and job creation.<\/p>\n
Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n
Applicants must:<\/p>\n
Be between 18 and 35 years old<\/p>\n
Be indigenes of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo State<\/p>\n
Hold an HND or University Degree<\/p>\n
Have completed NYSC (where applicable)<\/p>\n
Not be engaged in paid employment<\/p>\n
Possess an innovative and viable business idea<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a genuine interest in entrepreneurship<\/p>\n
Have operated a business for not more than three years<\/p>\n
Not have previously benefited from the Renaissance Enterprise Development Programme (formerly NNPC-SPDC JV LiveWIRE) or similar community enterprise development programmes<\/p>\n
