St Helens maintained their 100% start to the Women’s Super League season and went to the top of the standings with a 46-0 win over Featherstone Rovers.<\/p>\n
Saints ran in ten tries in a dominant display against a Rovers side that slipped to their third league defeat in four matches.<\/p>\n
Olivia Leach gave the visitors the ideal start after six minutes, selling a dummy to go over for the opener before Hollie Bawden doubled the advantage with a try down the right.<\/p>\n
Just before half-time, Rachael Woosey dotted down for Saints on their attacking left edge, and moments after the break Leach claimed her second try of the match.<\/p>\n
Bawden doubled her tally, capitalising on a knock on from Featherstone, and then grabbed a hat-trick shortly afterwards, receiving a short ball from Faye Gaskin to power over close to the line.<\/p>\n
