Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in the Algarve, four years after getting engaged<\/p>\n

Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards and footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are married!<\/p>\n

In pictures obtained by the Daily Mail<\/a>, Perrie was seen in a stunning lace gown with sleeves and a corset bodice. The bride was driven to a small Catholic church in a vintage white Mercedes<\/a> convertible with her family arriving in a silver Rolls Royce.<\/p>\n

Following the service, Perrie, 32, and Alex, 32, emerged beaming and hand in hand. Perrie was clutching a bouquet of white calla lilies that she waved aloft as her guests cheered.<\/p>\n

The bridesmaids wore strapless silk blue dresses with scarves draped over the necks and flowers to match bride Perrie’s.<\/p>\n

The happy couple exchanged their vows in Quinta do Lago in Portugal. The pair know the area well, owning a villa in the Algarve, where they have holidayed many times over the years.<\/p>\n

Perrie, from South Shields in Tyneside, has been with former Liverpool and Arsenal midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain since 2017 and they became engaged in 2022.<\/p>\n

The couple chose to say ‘I do’ in a low-key ceremony with just 70 people before hosting their closest family friends at the nearby Parrilla Natural restaurant, which serves up Uruguayan-inspired dishes in one of the most scenic spots in the algarve.<\/p>\n

\u201cPerrie and Alex\u2019s wedding day could not have been more special. It was intimate and emotional,” a source told The Sun, revealing the day was filled with small personal touches.<\/p>\n

Prior to their big day, the couple hosted a lavish pre-wedding party for their guests to mingle. Stars who have flown out are Alex’s football pals ex Arsenal footballer Carl Jenkinson and Fulham\u2019s Harrison Reed. While Perrie’s special guests included her Little Mix<\/a> bandmates Jade Thirwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.<\/p>\n

It’s claimed Alex’s brother was one of the last to leave night one of the wedding, with most guests calling it a night at 10pm.<\/p>\n

It comes just five months after Perrie, who also shares a son named Axel with the former England midfielder, gave birth to their second child, daughter Alanis Valentine.<\/p>\n

During a candid talk with We Need To Talk podcast with Paul C Brunson, Perrie also revealed that she had two miscarriages, once before she had her son and again after he was born.<\/p>\n

Speaking about her romance with Alex, Perrie said: “I just love how calm he is, and how understanding he is, and how caring and thoughtful he is. I just feel safe with Alex. I feel just content and happy.”<\/p>\n

Perrie previously revealed that while she and Alex share a family home, they have never lived together.<\/p>\n

Appearing on the Jonathan Ross Show in 2024, Perrie admitted the pair had \u2018never actually lived together\u2019 in the entirety of their eight year relationship. She said, “I can\u2019t lie, it is hard. When he was playing for Liverpool and based in Manchester<\/a>, it was so easy to do the back and forth, but Turkey is a little bit further and he doesn\u2019t get a lot of time off.”<\/p>\n

Last August Alex agreed to terminate his contract with Turkish club Besiktas and made the move to Celtic.<\/p>\n

In the days leading up their wedding, a podcast in which Perrie slammed her ex Zayn Malik on their bitter split was shared. The singer appeared on Jamie Laing’s talk show and opened up about being ‘dumped’ by Zayn for supermodel Gigi Hadid saying their relationships ‘overlapped.’<\/p>\n

Perrie rose to fame after winning The X Factor<\/a> in 2011 with the pop group Little Mix which included Edwards , Pinnock, Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson, who have gone on to have five UK number one singles and a UK number one album. Their best known songs include Black Magic, Shout Out To My Ex and Wings.<\/p>\n

Jesy left the band in December 2020, however, the group continued to perform as a trio until they went on a hiatus in 2022 which was around the time Perrie suffered her second miscarriage.<\/p>\n
