It features a powerhouse vocal collaboration performed by the original voice of Moana, Auli\u02bbi Cravalho, alongside the live-action film\u2019s stars: Catherine Laga\u02bbaia (Moana) and Dwayne Johnson (Maui). The release gives fans an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the musical evolution of the story as it transitions to live-action.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the behind-the-scenes look at the new single below:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In Moana, Disney\u2019s live-action reimagining of the Oscar-nominated animated movie, Moana answers the Ocean\u2019s call and voyages beyond the reef of her island of Motunui with the infamous demigod Maui on a journey to restore prosperity to her people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlong The Way\u201d joins a rich musical lineup for the film. Moana features original songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Opetaia Foa\u02bbi, and Mark Mancina, alongside an original score composed by Mancina.
