Meghan Markle<\/a> is said to have \u00a35.2million [$7m] crisis looming as insiders fear that bankruptcy is on the horizon for As Ever. The 44-year-old launched her brand alongside the release of the first series of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan<\/a>, last April – with a second series and Christmas episode later following last August and December.<\/p>\n

It was revealed earlier this week that the official As Ever website saw a significant drop in visitors between January and April. The decrease fell to 33 per cent in the first quarter of the year.<\/p>\n

As well as sharing the visitor information, royal expert Alison Boshoff wrote in her Daily Mail article that the expiry dates of the As Ever jams, teas and tins of flower sprinkles loom on the horizon.<\/p>\n

She shared that there was more chance of King Charles<\/a> “taking a swim in a pool of [Meghan\u2019s] homemade conserve than her selling all her stock\u201d before the expiry dates run out.<\/p>\n

Speaking of the brand as a whole, she also said she believes Meghan’s brand could go bankrupt from the jam issue alone.<\/p>\n

Now sources have shared with Women’s Day<\/a> that could come as soon as “the end of the year”, with insiders adding: “Meghan just can\u2019t move enough product and she can\u2019t expect to sell things at full price with shortened expiration dates.<\/p>\n

“Unless she and Harry have some miracle up their sleeve, there might be no saving this business.”<\/p>\n

They added: “She should hold a sale but she knows she\u2019s going to be wrecked over it. It\u2019s kicking the can down the road, though, because it\u2019s tick-tock on that As Ever stock.”<\/p>\n

Speaking of previous reports that Meghan’s stock was selling out, an insider added: \u201cThe whole thing about her [As Ever] stuff selling out isn\u2019t true any more.”<\/p>\n
