Full-back Logan Moy had yet another strong performance for Hull FC with the 20-year-old\u2019s latest performance perhaps the sign that incoming coach Steve McNamara could have a headache in 2027.<\/p>\n
Moy will turn 21 in August but he\u2019s one of many among the crop of young talents at Hull FC<\/a> who were thrust in among the mayhem of 2024 and after some time out on loan in 2025, injuries have brought him to the fore again in 2026.<\/p>\n Nine appearances in 2026 have seen Moy improve from game to game with Saturday\u2019s showing against Huddersfield Giants<\/a> seeing him run for over 210 metres on 23 carries with an impressive four tackle busts in a display that also saw him score one and create another.<\/p>\n Speaking post-match in his presser that was uploaded to the Hull FC YouTube<\/a> channel, Andy Last raved about the 20-year-old as he said:\u00a0\u201cLogan today was outstanding. Every time a ball went up, he commanded that area and came down with some brilliant catches.<\/p>\n \u201cHis timing on the catches was exceptional, then he challenged the big blokes down the middle of the field with his speed and his agility. He\u2019s getting more and more confident and he\u2019s looking better for the minutes, so I\u2019m real pleased for him because he\u2019s a good kid.<\/p>\n \u201cHe hasn\u2019t had a real easy path to the first team.
