You missed it,\u201d he told Access Hollywood, while Zendaya \u2013 discussing her troubled engagement film The Drama \u2013 issued a non-denial on the Jimmy Kimmel show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esquire.com\/uk\/culture\/film\/a71587645\/tom-hollands-interview-2026\/\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Esquire<\/a> about a series of AI-generated wedding photos which were circulated soon afterwards and liked by 10m Instagram accounts, Holland said his grandmother was briefly offended as she thought she hadn\u2019t been invited.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Asked whether he had to send out messages to any other family members, Holland pauses and replies: \u201cNo, because they were all there.\u201d The actor then shuts down a followup question by saying, \u201cThat\u2019s all you\u2019ll get on that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Holland did however elaborate on the couple\u2019s bond, saying: \u201cOur business can present very stressful situations and it\u2019s really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cWe can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it\u2019s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don\u2019t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cSo, for me, I found my person. She\u2019s my best friend, and I\u2019m the happiest I have ever been when I\u2019m with her, but I have also never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/film\/spider-man\" data-link-name=\"in body link\" data-component=\"auto-linked-tag\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Spider-Man<\/a> film, Brand New Day, is released at the end of July and is believed to be the first in a new trilogy starring Holland. He and Zendaya met when she auditioned for Spider-Man: Homecoming.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cObviously, I was super excited at the prospect of working with her and getting to know her,\u201d he told Esquire. \u201cShe smashed her audition out the park and got the part before she\u2019d even left the room.
