(Amazon Prime Video)<\/p>\nJeremy Clarkson has revealed he has been diagnosed with cancer.<\/p>\n
He shared the news in episode seven of Clarkson\u2019s Farm, which was released this evening, as he sat down talking to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland.<\/p>\n
The men are talking about an upcoming harvest, which Ireland says they should pencil in for July.<\/p>\n
At this point, Clarkson let them know this wouldn\u2019t work for them, prompting Cooper to ask if he was \u2018going away\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u201cYeah,\u201d Clarkson replied. \u201cI\u2019ve got cancer.\u201d<\/p>\n

In typical Clarkson style, he then added that \u2018where was no one\u2019s business\u2019 before revealing that he found out in May following a check up.<\/p>\n
Ireland and Cooper were clearly taken aback by the news, while Clarkson continued: \u201cI\u2019ve known since May. I had a medical, remember? Back in May.<\/p>\n
\u201cI disappeared off the other week and had a biopsy done, and it is cancer and it\u2019s aggressive, but it\u2019s really early – so the treatment will be, you know\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
He went on to say that he would be having an operation in a couple of weeks and that he\u2019d be \u2018in and out in no time\u2019 but would be out of action for a while.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t like this,\u201d Cooper said, to which Clarkson quipped: \u201cI wasn\u2019t thrilled.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the final episode of the season, Clarkson, his girlfriend Lisa Hogan, Cooper, and Gerald Cooper are discussing the tough year. <\/p>\n
Clarkson said: \u201cSo we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer.<\/p>\n

Jeremy replies: \u201cI don\u2019t know, I\u2019ve got a blood test today, there\u2019ll be a blood test and then we\u2019ll know.<\/p>\n

The emotional new episodes were released just hours after Clarkson himself warned that they\u2019d be \u2018a difficult watch\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a clip shared to his Instagram, Clarkson said: \u201cGot some good news and some sombre news.
