The absolute most likely thing is none of this goes anywhere. John Fury has barked loudly around the fights of his sons for many years now, calling out various people to fight, and never actually has any sort of fight with these people, sanctioned or exhibition or otherwise. It seems mainly for attention \u2014 and love him, hate him, whatever, he is an interesting guy who\u2019s lived a colorful life and he has a great voice, so with cameras on him, it\u2019s easy for him to get attention.<\/p>\n

On the earlier negotiations for Froch vs John Fury<\/p>\n
\u201cHe got offered, what was it, \u20a41.5 million. He said he\u2019s not arsed about the money, he wants to fight for charity, and then he priced himself out asking for \u20a42.5 million. I\u2019d already agreed it; I said to Kalle Sauerland, the promoter, and Mams Taylor of Misfits (Boxing), \u2018I\u2019ll fight him. This guy\u2019s a big bully. If I have to put him in his place, and I have to be the one to shut his mouth, I\u2019ll do it!\u2019<\/p>\n
\u201cAlmost everything was pretty much agreed on my side. It went back to John Fury and he\u2019d vanished. He disappeared. He calls everybody else a s\u2014house, and he vanished.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThen at the post-fight press conference for that s\u2014show [Tommy Fury vs Eddie Hall], he stuck it on Kalle Sauerland, he said, \u2018Kalle, can you make this fight? Can you make this fight with me and Carl Froch?\u2019<\/p>\n
\u201cBut we\u2019ve been here before, haven\u2019t we? We\u2019ve been here four or five months ago. I\u2019m ready, I\u2019m ready to fight. I ain\u2019t got a problem with putting a bully in his place.
