\n The practice operates from Station Medical Centre, Station Approach, Hereford, as well as three branch sites: Quay House, Bobblestock, and South Wye.\n<\/p>\n
\n The practice population is 95.75% White, 1.81% Asian, 0.48% Black, 1.21% Mixed, and 0.76% Other.\n<\/p>\n
\n The latest inspection considered the needs and backgrounds of people using the service and how this affected service delivery.\n<\/p>\n

\n However, many reported problems getting through to the practice by phone.\n<\/p>\n
\n The National GP Patient Survey reflected these concerns, showing low scores for appointment wait times, access to preferred healthcare professionals, and phone accessibility.\n<\/p>\n
\n The online system was found to triage and provide outcomes within two hours, but patients unable to use or unaware of the online option continued to struggle with phone access.\n<\/p>\n
\n There is an active patient participation group (PPG) at the practice.\n<\/p>\n
\n Representatives from the PPG described how managers responded to feedback, including the introduction of a quiet area in the waiting room.\n<\/p>\n
